We’re discussing scent and pheromones and oh my god
LESBIANS CAN LITERALLY DETECT OTHER LESBIANS BY SENSE OF SMELL AND WILL AUTOMATICALLY PREFER THE SCENT OF OTHER LESBIANS
LIKE THERE IS SCIENTIFIC PROOF OF THIS I LOVE IT I LOVE PHEROMONES
This explains gay-dar. It’s not a sense of just knowing it’s the fact that we can fucking smell each other
An asexual and pansexual become room-mates and have wacky adventures
The show is called ‘All or Nothing’
Plot twist: the asexual is really super outgoing and is a huge flirt while the pansexual is extremely socially awkward and has trouble ordering coffee let alone getting a date.
my hand slipped
Santana looks hot as fuck wearing this where are the wardrobe people, they need to get their shit together.
Santana is the most sexualized female on the show. They had her in jeans once this season, I don’t think they’ll ever do that again. They like her in the skin tight, short dresses. It’s getting old though, of course they sexualized the only lesbian on the show.
That outfit is som much hotter then the wierdness that are those tight dresses.
"There’s a principle in game theory known as min-maxing, meaning that in any given system, behaviors will evolve that maximize gain for minimum effort. This means that a lot of thought has to be put in to bulletproofing a new system against min-maxing. Take the internet, for example. The designers of the internet thought it was going to be this wonderful open community. They were expecting it to be nothing but unicorns shitting rainbows. But in come the min-maxers with their spam, bot nets, and viruses."
people who say that meta is “reading too far into it” have obviously never studied media because when i did we spent 4 hours lighting a golf ball in different ways to explore the different effects and connotations of various lighting techniques and i had to reshoot a scene of a final piece because there was an empty water bottle on the windowsill and my teacher said that it had to go because it signified resignation (glass COMPLETELY empty) which didn’t fit with the scene
Mississippi recently passed a law allowing businesses to deny LGBT people on religious grounds, but some business owners aren’t having it. Hundreds of businesses throughout the state are displaying these stickers in their windows to demonstrate their commitment to equality. It’s part of “If You’re Buying, We’re Selling,” a campaign by Equality Mississippi and 30 local businesses to combat harmful effects of the religious freedom bill. Yes, yes, yes. Mississippians, look for this when you shop. (via The Advocate)
Could you live on $8 or $9 dollars an hour? A computer game made by the Urban Ministries of Durham in North Carolina and an advertising firm called McKinney lets you play out life with a low-wage job as a single mom. The objective is to make it a month, juggling getting a job, rent, a place to live, food and coping with the costs of repairs, things for your child, insurance, etc.. Actually a very hard game to play and full of reminders of the difficulties of life on that kind of salary.
Seriously, if you haven’t played before, play it now. If you have played before, play it again. Especially important during this election season.
just playing this game alone made me really stressed and anxious
ALL THE HATER ANONS, PLAY THIS
This game is amazing. Play it, play it, play it! I shared this with a professor who then had her students play it. So real.
